I bought this based on some of the raving reviews... I have a black granite bathroom counter that has hard water stains on it and this cleaner did absolutely nothing! I have three pictures attached: 1. Before 2. After first use of spray 3. After second use of spray 5 minutes later.... as you can see there is absolutely no change in appearance. I ended up using a razor blade to remove the hard water stains... should have done that in the first place as it would have saved me time and money - this product is not returnable due to it being an aerosol

This product is Fantastic for granite surfaces. Everyone with marble or granite or stone of any sort in their home should use this product for cleaning!!!

NOW the reason is received only '4' stars is mailing thru UPS/FEDEX/USPS etc.. to areas w/ very humid climates...I live in SW FL. I ordered 2 bottles initially & neither would spray after arrival. Amazon honored their policy as always then sent 2 more. Once received only 1 would spray. I did not want to continue contacting Amazon as it is NOT their fault I live in such a humid climate. I will use the one and be satisfied. I just would caution those living in the same type of areas before ordering.
